for Dine-in, Takeout & Walk-in only at all California Pizza Kitchen branches in the
Philippines. Advance ordering will not be accepted. Items for takeout
are subject to 10% packaging charge. Not valid with Thin Crust, Personal
and Kids Pizzas, Pick Your Match, existing promos, senior
citizen/discounts, privileges, catering, CPK gift certificates and the
EAT card.
